Shopping centres
We advise on ongoing estate management work in relation to The Lanes Shopping Centre in Sutton Coldfield and in relation to Coronation Square Shopping Centre Cheltenham. We previously acted on their purchase for a syndicate of investors.
IMO Car Wash
We advise IMO Car Wash on ongoing disposals and lease renewals. IMO Car Wash is the world’s largest car wash company with approximately 280 sites in the UK, including leases from major supermarkets such as ASDA and Tesco.
Clerkenwell investment properties
We acted on the disposal of three London office investment properties in Clerkenwell for over £23m.

We advised LAMDA on the sale of the MacOwan Theatre on a conditional basis.
