Our corporate lawyers advise on a broad range of corporate and corporate finance transactions. We regularly work on investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. As well as representing clients in the UK, we regularly act for international clients on cross border transactions. We can manage complex and time critical transactions requiring teams of lawyers and clients recognise the quality of our advice, responsiveness and approachability.

As a firm, we are particularly known for our knowledge of the technology, media and entertainment (TME) industries, and our corporate work reflects that. Our clients value our ability to grasp the key commercial issues arising from transactions as well as our ability to advise on complex TME transactions that few other firms would have had the breadth of expertise to handle. We also advise clients from a number of other industry sectors such as the hospitality and travel industries.

Many of our clients are serial entrepreneurs or owner managed businesses that we have had strong relationships with since inception, enabling us to develop a thorough understanding of their businesses as they evolve.

We have a specialist team which is also able to advise companies with securities traded on a public market, such as AIM or the London Stock Exchange main market, in respect of compliance and ongoing transactions.
