We acted for Forward Internet Group on their £70 million disposal of its ‘uSwitch’ business to LDC.
The Learning Clinic
We advised The Learning Clinic Limited, the developer of real time clinical solutions for healthcare improvement, on the sale of its entire issued share capital to System C Healthcare Limited.
MAMA Group plc
We advised on a number of market transactions, including a reverse takeover and institutional placing. We also advised on the attempted hostile takeover of the MAMA Group plc by a shareholder and the subsequent successful takeover by HMV Group.
