Harbottle & Lewis advises Scriptic Ltd | Announcement

Harbottle & Lewis has advised Scriptic Ltd (formerly Electric Noir Studios) (Scriptic) on its recent $5.7 million Series Seed Extension fundraising round.

Scriptic is a pioneering games studio that pushes the boundaries of interactive entertainment by combining real video footage with generative AI technology and in doing so creates immersive gaming experiences for players and offers a new dimension of storytelling.

The funding round was led by BITKRAFT, a venture capital firm focusing on the gaming, Web3, and immersive technology sectors, with participation from other notable investors including Tower 26 and the Amazon Alexa Fund, as well as additional and returning investors. The funds raised from the round will be used to develop and significantly expand Scriptic’s content pipeline and onboard a community of external writers to its AI-led creator service to build, share, and monetize their own stories.
