Harbottle & Lewis has advised AIM-listed technology services group TPXimpact Holdings plc on its sale of Questers Resourcing Limited and Questers Bulgaria EOOD (Questers) to pwrteams OÜ, the outsourcing and team augmentation business owned by Nortal AS, for cash consideration of £7.5m.
Questers is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and has circa 300 employees who provide cross-border IT support, distributed software development and integrated IT processes and services.
The sale of Questers is of strategic importance to TPXimpact in delivering against its objective of focusing on its core strengths of digital transformation and digital experience.
