Alex acted for a client who was awarded 65% of the matrimonial assets, as well as ongoing maintenance and costs totalling £140,000, in a case where the husband was found to have hidden assets overseas (in the Middle East). The husband appealed, but lost.
He also helped a father achieve at least three nights a fortnight with his young children in circumstances where the mother would not even countenance one without supervision.
Alex also acted for a mother in a Schedule 1 case in which it was revealed that the father’s annual income was more than £500,000 (he had previously disclosed just £145,000 a year).
