Anita Bapat’s practice focusses purely on data protection and privacy matters, advising a diverse range of clients on all aspects of data protection compliance across all sectors and industries. This ranges from GDPR compliance, information governance and marketing rules to ecommerce and data monetisation.
Anita also has significant experience working on data breaches and regulatory investigations as well as advising on freedom of information and interception rules. She has extensive technical knowledge of data protection law from a previous role as a government lawyer.
