He frequently advises on high-value employer liability and public liability claims (and often multi-party actions) involving many jurisdictions, with particular emphasis in the Construction industry and the Close Protection industry. He is known for obtaining seven figure sums in complex claims.

Having trained and qualified at Clifford Chance, Daniel became a Partner at Finers Stephens Innocent LLP where he was Head of Personal Injury and also Head of Sport. He joined Harbottle & Lewis LLP as Head of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Practice in January 2010.
