Career highlights
David joined Harbottle & Lewis in October 2024 from Foot Anstey LLP where he acted for large private equity backed consolidators and groups on repeat acquisitions and group restructurings. He also focused on Corporate Real Estate work, particularly Islamic Finance backed transactions, notably including the acquisition of a recently renovated hotel in Marylebone.
