Elizabeth McClenan is a senior associate in the Media and Information Group. She advises on all aspects of the law relating to reputation management, including defamation, privacy, data protection, confidentiality and breach of confidence, malicious falsehood and harassment.
Elizabeth acts for a wide range of individual and corporate clients, including household brands, business professionals and high net worth individuals, both in and out of the public spotlight.

- Acting for numerous individuals in claims for phone-hacking and unlawful information gathering against News Group Newspapers and Mirror Group Newspapers.
