Judith Robertson-Jones is a private client solicitor whose practice focusses on advising individuals, families and fiduciaries in relation to UK tax and succession planning matters.
She has considerable experience of advising in relation to the establishment and administration of trusts (both UK resident and offshore), UK landed estate issues, as well as the preparation of wills and the formulation of succession plans for a range of clients, including those with business or agricultural assets.
Judith also deals with post-death tax planning and estate administration matters, including complex estates involving cross-border assets, and has experience of advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries in contentious matters involving Court proceedings.

Judith trained and qualified as a solicitor in Yorkshire, before moving to London in 2016. Prior to joining Harbottle & Lewis in 2021, she was an associate in the Private Client team at Sinclair Gibson LLP.
Judith is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), having completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates with an overall distinction.
