May Delaney advises UK and international individuals and their families on the management of their personal affairs, and the preservation and transfer of family wealth. May specialises in advising “next generation” clients on the receipt of wealth.
May’s work includes Wills, succession planning and capital tax advice. She also provides guidance to individuals on their residency and their obligations under the Statutory Residency Test.
May also advises founders on their philanthropic interests, and charities on formation, structuring, tax and ongoing governance.
Her clients include talent, sports people and entrepreneurs, and many have a US connection. May spent part of her training contract working in house for the multi-family office arm of an independent investment group in London and has particular experience advising these clients.
May is a member of our Retail and Fashion Group.
