Minty graduated from The University of Edinburgh with an MA in French and Spanish. Before joining Harbottle & Lewis, Minty originally trained and qualified at Clifford Chance LLP, and then worked at JL Media, providing legal and business affairs advice to TV & film clients. Minty then moved to gain in-house experience at NBCUniversal, working in the central business & legal affairs team at Universal International Studios, including a secondment to its unscripted production company, Monkey Kingdom.
