Peter Armstrong has specialised in film and television copyright, production and finance for over 30 years.
He represents Hollywood studios on rights matters and is responsible for the production legal advice on major US films shot in the UK and Europe. He also acts for an extensive list of UK and European independent producers and directors.

Peter is the legal advisor to Film London and regularly advises industry bodies. He is currently a Governor for London Film School, a member of the Advisory Board of the British Film Commission, a Board Director of the Sheffield International Documentary Festival and has served as the chair of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee of the International Bar Association. He is also a member of BAFTA.
