Al-Maktoum (various, 2020 to 2022), lengthy and wide-ranging litigation covering an array of different issues including child arrangements and financial claims for children in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Fuchs v Collardeau-Fuchs [2022] EWFC 135, financial claims involving a pre-nuptial agreement and child maintenance for a very wealthy international family.
